Quick Shop Manager is a business tool for people who work in a mechanic shop to help them to manage their shop. Customer invoices, bills expenses, accounting reports, employee payments and more, available in one place.

QSM, unlike other systems, is an online system, this means that you can access it 24/7, your information is always available from any device with internet access, including your smartphone. Our tools are backed by a database of over 50,000 vehicles (1985-Present), more than 1,600 parts and more than 1,300 labors and growing. We work every day to make your experience the best, so you can be sure that with QSM manage your business will be increasingly easier and faster.

All of our features were designed for you, a real person who works in a real shop in real conditions to help you manage your shop, the main features are: Invoices, where you can make your invoices easy and in a quick way, in it, you will find Labor Time, that will help you with the hours for each labor that you offer, making your work easier. We know that you have expenses in your shop. so Bills Manager will help you to keep control of all your expenses. A recap of what's happening in your shop will be in the Dashboard, all concentrated visual information to keep you informed. Reports, is a list of reports ready and available for you such expenses, sales, vendors, summaries and more and you be able to customize the dates at your desire.

QSM has seven main reports that will facilitate your manage activities. - Employee Payment Report. List of payments made to an employee in a specified time period. - Sales Report. Detailed list of sales in a specified time period. - Expenses Report. Detailed list of expenses in a specified time period. - Vendor Summary. Detailed list of movements of a vendor in a specified time period. - Customer Summary. Detailed list of movements of a customer in a specified time period. - Collection Report. Detailed list of sales payments collected in a specified time period. - Bill Payment Report. Detailed list of payments for expenditures made on a specified time period.

In each location you can have up to three different types of users, plus two guests to access accounting. You can send email to each invoice you require as many times as you need it.

The first time you access QSM, after your registration and payment, a window will appear on your screen where you can add the details of your shop and your billing information. QSM has a full section of settings to suit your needs and requirements. General details as address, phone, fax, website or financial as labor rates, sales tax rates and Billing as footers in invoices are some options that you can set.

QSM is a month to month service and no contract is required, therefore as long as you maintain your account open, no need to renew is necessary.

General product questions

We have been collecting and analyzing information for years , We collect information from different sources in addition to that we have a group of real repair shops that have agreed to let us collect their information and gives us the opportunity to add more data to our database and have the most accurate information since our times is not what a book says but instead it’s a result of what real technicians in the real world have experienced .Our database is the result of research by specialists in the area who collected the data and analyzed the most common labors in mechanic shops for some years, for the purpose of to estimate the time of that labors in real conditions.

Our database has a collection of more than 50,000 vehicles from 1985 to today.

QSM offers a list of over 1,600 parts, which can be added to your order through our Labor Time tool and parts list suggested depending on the selected services or selecting our parts list. Do not worry if you do not see your part on the list, there is a custom field, just write the name of the part and with a single click will have your part in your order.

Yes. You can access with the same account on more than one computer or device at a time (just keep in mind that all share the same permissions). As a web system QSM offers you real-time information 24 hours a day. This means that you can monitor the activity of your shop, from anywhere.


Plans Questions

You can start using QSM in any plan right after your registration is done on our website. As QSM is an online system does not require any kind of previous installation (See requirements and compatibility).

You can access from different devices simultaneously with a single account (just keep in mind that everyone will have the same permissions). The packages SHOP and SUPERIOR offer three to five users for each branch respectively. If you need additional users please contact us at support@quickapm.com for a plan to adapt to your needs.

We are so confident that you will like our software that once you started using it you are going to continue doing so, but if for some reason you are not fully satisfied with our software, please let us know immediately by sending us an email to support@quickapm.com


Technical questions

After your registration and payment, if any, a window appear on your screen where you can add the details of your workshop and your billing information. QSM has a full section of settings to suit your needs and requirements. General details are as address, phone, fax, website or financial as labor rates, sales tax rates and Billing as footers in invoices are some options that you can set.

If your package has additional users, you can add a user following the steps: 1. Expand the “Company” menu and click the option “Users”. 2. Click on “Add new user” button at the top right of the section “User List”. 3. Fill out the form in the required fields and set the permissions to the user. 4. Click on Save Changes. A confirmation message will appear showing. After the user has been created, it can access QSM without problem.

No. You can access the QSM from your new computer with any problem, only with the minimum requirement of an internet connection.


Troubleshooting

On the login screen, you will see a link that says "Forgot your password?". Click on the link and follow the directions to reset your password.

If you have trouble to access at QSM through your browser, the first step is discard to be problems with the internet connection, try to access another website, if you can not access any website, contact your Internet service provider. We work every day to offer an innovative and quality service, but unfortunately, errors do occur, if you receive an error of any kind, leaves the error screen and contact us in our support line 630-743-6943 to assist you.

From time to time your system will be loaded with unnecessary Cache and Cookies, it is recommended that you clean your system, it’s easy and simple, call our customer support and we can guide you.
